Our Wholesale Terms:
To order from this
website you must be a Registered Retail Establishment with
Natural Creations, Inc. If you have
not registered with us yet, just email us your contact
information (Your Name, Company Name, Retail Physical Address,
Phone and Fax #'s, Federal Tax ID # and Sales Tax #) to info@creationsbykern.com You will
then receive a phone call and a reply email from us
verifying your registration. Should you have any
questions please feel free to contact us at 610-933-6919.
We have a $500 minimum order policy.
This does not include shipping and handling costs. We require
all orders to be pre-paid since our products are not mass
produced and are individually hand made for each order. Turn
around time for orders is approx 2 to 3 weeks. Expect longer
wait times around holidays.

Guarantee in which we stand behind everything we sell at
Natural Creations, Inc. and promise that you will have the
absolute best online shopping experience. We are committed to
providing you with the most complete selection of quality
Indoor Tabletop Fountains, Cave Candles (TM), Aquarium decor and
Garden Sculpture products at the best prices. We are the
only Indoor Tabletop Fountain manufacturer that we know of that gives you a
100% guarantee that our fountains do not splash! You can print out our shopping cart so that you can
use it as a catalog.
Cave
Candle®:
Each Cave Candle® is individually bubble
wrapped and come with a tea light candle. They are packaged
multiple caves per box.
Aquarium
Decor: Each piece of
decor is individually bubble
wrapped. They are packaged multiple decor per box.
Your
online order will be charged the price of the items you choose plus
shipping and handling charges.
Other
Delivery Options:
1. If you would like to pick up your
order, then shipping and
handling charges will be nullified manually by us before we process your
order. Your order may
then be picked up at our Phoenixville facility. You must have a pre-arranged appointment to
stop by. You will be assigned a day and time for
pick-up. If you cannot make your appointment, you need to
contact us at least 48 hours ahead of time. Orders that are not picked up on the day and time
they are assigned will be assessed a 10% restocking fee.
2. If you are choosing to have us personally deliver your order
(Only if you are within our delivery range), we will also
manually nullify your shipping and handling charges from your
online order. We will then
contact you with your delivery charge before we process your
order.
3. If you only have an
Online Location and do not have a physical retail
location, we require a $100 deposit.
This deposit will be refunded after you attain $500 in
sales with us not including shipping and handling
fees. This assures us that you are a qualified buyer.

YES we do drop ship from our location for a fee.

All
of our fountains are delivered to you fully assembled. This way all you have to do is fill the fountain with water and plug it
in.
We stand behind our
shipping 100%. Each and every box is packaged with extreme care
to ensure that it gets to you without damage. However, should
you receive a delivery from us that has damage, you must call us
at 610-933-6919 so that we can report damage to our carrier. A
replacement part or product will be sent to you as soon as
possible. If the display has to be sent back to us, it must be
packaged in the original box and with the original packaging
material securely. We will then issue you a pre-authorization
number and a call tag. Both of these must be placed on the box
for us to keep track of the shipment.
