We offer our clients a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee in which we stand behind everything we sell at Natural Creations, Inc. We promise that you will have the absolute best online shopping experience. We are committed to providing you with the most complete selection of quality fountains, Cave Candles and Featherock products at the best prices. If you would feel more at ease ordering from a catalog, send us an email at info@indoortabletopfountains.com and we will promptly send you one.

For Fountains: We have a initial minimum fountain order of at least 3 fountains of any size. After you satisfy your initial order, you may order as few or as many fountains as you desire. Since our fountains are not mass produced and are made specifically to each individual order, all orders must be pre-paid by company check or credit card before we start processing your order. Your order will be charged the price of the items you choose plus the actual UPS or freight charges. We will call you before we process your order to inform you of your freight charges. Each fountain comes to you already assembled. This way all you have to do is open the box, fill the fountain with water and plug it in. 

For Cave Candles: We have an initial minimum order of $100. After you satisfy your initial order, you may order as few or as many Cave Candles as you desire. All orders must be pre-paid by company check or credit card before we start processing your order. Each Cave Candle is individually bubble wrapped and comes with a candle. 

If you would like to pick up your order, then your order may be picked up at our Lansdale facility. You must have a pre-arranged appointment to stop by. You will be assigned a day and time for pick-up. If you cannot make your appointment, you need to contact us at least 24 hours ahead of time. Orders that are not picked up on the day and time they are assigned will be assessed a 10% restocking fee.
